P.S. Eventful offers every single couple a complimentary, no-obligation initial meeting to see whether we are the right fit for you. What can you expect at this initial meeting? Well, this may sound a little silly, but the best way to describe this meeting is a mix between a first date and a job interview.
It’s 50% a first date (minus overkilling fragrance and butterflies).
Do you like the planner you meet? Do we have chemistry? Trusting us on your big day is important so of course we want to make sure we personally click. First impression and instincts do count!

Do we have the “qualifications” for your “job requirements”? What services do you require? Is a second language valid or knowing customs about a particular ceremony?
Where do we meet?
Due to the sparsity of our couples, P.S. Eventful’s meetings take place at a convenient location for both of us. Usually this is a local coffee shop or a conversation over Skype.
What do we talk about?
We’re here to learn about your wedding and planner requirements and you’re here to learn about our experiences and how we can help bring your wedding vision to life.
What will you be given?
At P.S. Eventful we make a conscious attempt to be as paperless as possible by abiding by our green policy. You’ll be presented with a contract (if applicable) and business card but we kindly ask you to review our website for further details, such as packages, testimonials, and portfolio.
Can I ask you for advice on our wedding and vendor recommendations during this initial, complimentary meeting?
This meeting is for you to decide if we are a good fit to plan/coordinate your wedding. If you are interested in wedding advice and vendor recommendations BEFORE booking one of our packages, please contact us for a consultation.
Will I be forced to make a decision right there?
No. We assure you all initial meetings are no-obligation, but we do “save the date” for all couples. Your date will be saved for two weeks after our initial meeting. We know life can get busy, so we will follow up if we haven’t heard from you. We’d be delighted to plan your wedding but if you’ve decided otherwise, it’s perfectly okay. We just ask you to let us know.
