In today’s Real Wedding segment, we feature A & D’s spring wedding which took place on May 21, 2016. P.S. Eventful provided Partial Planning and Day of Coordination services. We love this wedding because it took place at two very different venues while reflecting the bride and groom’s personalities.

About The Ceremony
An intimate 40 person ceremony took place on the bride’s parents property: a stunning backyard in King City, Ontario. Highlights included music by a string duo and nuptials officiated by a close friend.

About The Reception
A cocktail style reception followed in Downtown Toronto at a Queen West art gallery, Onlyonegallery. Guests feasted on a variety of food stations and especially appreciated the wide selection of beer arranged by the couple.

P.S. Eventful’s Planning
P.S. Eventful planned the couple’s ceremony by transforming an empty space into grounds for a wedding. We booked key vendors including the tent, floral, musicians, ceremony caterer, etc. We then coordinated the full day by developing a minute by minute itinerary. Timing was especially key due the distance of the ceremony location to the downtown art gallery.

Note from the Couple:
“Poonam is a consummate wedding planner: professional, easy to work with, and always five steps ahead to help you plan your best event. She helped our whole day run smoothly and calmly, from a backyard wedding ceremony in the country to a reception in downtown Toronto. Poonam has everything under control and will keep your day running on time!”
